GetBytes(Char[],Int32,Int32) Method

Encodes "charCount" characters from the given string, starting from the character at index "charIndex" and returns the resulting byte array.

Syntax

public System.byte[] GetBytes( 
   System.char[] chars,
   System.int charIndex,
   System.int charCount
)

Parameters

chars: The characters to encode.
charIndex: The char index at which to start encoding.
charCount: The number of chars to encode.

Return Value

The resulting bytes.
